Great things to know when booking with Blue Island:
Fishing boat has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers regardless of age.
We supply all the tackle, bait, and rods
You have the option to bring a cooler with any drinks and snacks you want during the trip.
For women: we are always 10-15 minutes from a marina with a restroom. Guys: we have a spacious stern on the back of the boat!
We have a nice dry storage locker on the front of the boat for anything that shouldn't get wet or if you need to store jackets/ect..
If a passenger is getting seasick we can cater to them and head to calmer water.
Our fishing licenses cover everyone on the boat. You DO NOT need to purchase one for the trip itself.
Fish cleaning is a complimentary service and included in the price of the trip.
If there is a weather event the day of your trip we will try to reschedule. If it doesn't work out we will refund you the deposit in full.
Alcohol is fine for legal drinking age passengers. Just try not to have glass bottles.
If you use a credit card to pay the remainder after the trip is over there is a 3.5% service fee added to the total. Cash is also accepted.
Life jackets are supplied for both kids and adults, however if you have a child that likes their own personal one better you are welcome to bring it. Children under 8 must wear a life jacket for the duration of the trip per state law.
